Pricing questions, answered

Is pricing per project or per team member?

Subscriptions belong to individual projects. Each project that needs a paid plan requires its own subscription. The collaborator limit is part of the selected plan; being able to create multiple projects does not make one subscription cover all of them.

How do monthly, quarterly and yearly payments differ?

Select a billing period above to see its full price. Monthly covers 1 month, quarterly covers 3 months and yearly covers 12 months. Savings compare the selected period with paying monthly for the same plan over the same number of months.

Can I try GPT KeFu before subscribing?

New projects start with a 14-day free trial. The trial uses the free project’s feature limits and does not include every paid feature, such as RAG knowledge-base replies. Check the project’s expiry date and available capabilities in the dashboard.

Are AI model usage fees charged separately?

AI replies under fixed plans have no additional model usage charge. This does not mean every feature or capacity is unlimited: the plan’s knowledge-base, context and automation limits still apply. Review the billing terms of the plan you select before confirming.

Does the price include Crisp or Chatwoot?

No. GPT KeFu is a separate service connected to your support platform. Any Crisp or Chatwoot subscription, self-hosting infrastructure or other third-party charges are separate. GPT KeFu is not Crisp’s native AI or Chatwoot Captain.

Which plan supports a knowledge base?

Starter does not include RAG. Growth supports up to 10 knowledge-base documents, while Scale supports up to 100. Add your content and wait for processing before testing replies. Knowledge-based answers still need to be checked against your source material.

Do Crisp and Chatwoot include the same features?

Both channels support AI replies, but setup and channel-specific features differ. Automatic welcome messages are a Crisp feature. Telegram Topic forwarding and replies are add-ons for eligible Crisp projects; standalone Telegram projects are not supported.

Can a human reply without the AI interrupting?

Growth and Scale support automatic pause after a human reply. Enable it and choose the pause duration in your project settings. This is a timed pause, not a permanent transfer of the conversation to a human.

Can I use GPT KeFu with self-hosted Chatwoot?

Yes, through the Chatwoot integration. Your instance must meet the documented API, Agent Bot and signed-callback requirements. GPT KeFu remains a hosted service; connecting self-hosted Chatwoot does not deploy GPT KeFu on your server.

Can I change my plan or stop renewal?

Manage available plan changes and renewal settings on your project’s subscription page. Options depend on the current subscription status. Review the effective date and any balance adjustment shown before confirming a change or cancellation.
