Calculate the complete bill
Use the same number of projects, agents and customer conversations. Include the support platform, AI service, additional usage, hosting and any messaging-provider charges. A message, a conversation and a usage credit are not equivalent units.
GPT KeFu subscriptions apply per project. Fixed plans include model usage without an additional usage fee, subject to their feature and capacity limits. Starter has no RAG; Growth supports 10 documents and Scale 100. The free trial does not include RAG. Use the pricing page and your project subscription page for current terms.

Run the same evaluation for each option
- Use approved source documents and the same customer questions, including follow-ups and missing answers.
- Check incorrect answers and human intervention, not just whether an AI message was sent.
- Measure setup effort and how a human reply changes AI behavior. GPT KeFu offers a timed pause on eligible plans, not a permanent handoff.
- Review where conversation data is sent. Connecting self-hosted Chatwoot to GPT KeFu still uses an external hosted AI service.

- No. The answer depends on projects, platform requirements and workload. Compare a complete bill for the same scenario rather than unlike billing units.
- Should I run two AI responders together?
- During evaluation, isolate responders in a test inbox or review activation settings so you can identify each answer and avoid overlapping replies.
