Crisp
1. Create a project
Name the support workspace you want GPT KeFu to handle.
2. Connect Crisp
Enter the Crisp Website ID, install the GPT KeFu plugin, then enable AI replies.
3. Enable and test
Enable AI replies and test real customer questions. Upgrade when you need a knowledge base or team features.
Connect Chatwoot
Yes. Create a Chatwoot project, save its credentials, bind an Agent Bot, then verify the API connection and a real signed callback before enabling replies.
Chatwoot 4.13+ Agent Bot webhooks report conversation status changes. No separate account webhook is required for status sync.
